Directions

Half-fill the kettle with water and bring it to the boil. Unplug the kettle and place it in a sink or bowl, then add one sachet and leave for 10–15 minutes. If limescale remains, gently reheat without boiling. Empty the kettle, dispose of the used sachet, refill with clean water and boil before discarding the water. Always follow the instructions supplied on the packaging.
