Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the Customer or you). We are I Wonder Whats Next Limited a company registered in England and Wales under number 13674116 whose registered office is at Unit 5 Beechwood Business Park, Burdock Close, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 7GB with email address customersupport@iwonderwhatsnext.co.uk; (the Supplier or us or we).

These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.


  • The description of the Goods is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement.  All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

Basis of Sale

  • The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
  • When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
  • A Contract will be formed for the sale of Goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation). 

Food Past The Best Before Date

  • I Wonder Whats Next Limited will sometimes sell food that is close to or past it's Best Before Date. If an item is past its best before date the date will be clearly mentioned in the item title, photos and item discription. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to check any date before purchasing. If you are unsure of the Best Before Date or require any further information before purchasing please email customersupport@iwonderwhatsnext.co.uk 
  • I Wonder Whats Next Limited reserves the right to refuse a refund on an item that passed the Best Before Date, where this has been correctly advertised.

Price And Payment 

  • The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
  • You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Goods.


  • Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from. Orders are shipped to your delivery address from I Wonder Whats Next Limited, Unit 5 Beechwood Business Park, Burdock Close, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 7GB.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. 
  • Should delivery be attempted but there is no answer, the courier will; leave the parcel in a safe and secure location, drop the parcel to a local collection point, or return the parcel to local sorting office for collection.
  • If an incorrect address is provided for the delivery on your order and the delivery is made to this address, I Wonder Whats Next Limited reserves the right to refuse a refund if the order has been delivered.
  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the order amount will be refunded but not the delivery charges.
  • If an incorrect address is provided to us and the courier cannot deliver the parcel successfully to you the customer the order will be returned to the sender I Wonder What's Next. Once received the order will be refunded to you the customer minus a £3 admin fee. This fee will be deducted from the order amount to cover processing, handling and postage costs.


  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The customer has an additional 14 days after arranging the request to send the item back. Once the unused items have been recieved I Wonder Whats Next Limited will issue a full refund by way of the original payment method. 
  • I Wonder Whats Next Limited will provide a pre paid label to the customer under the following circumstances: The wrong item has been received, The item is faulty, The order has been damaged in transit.
  • Return postage costs will be covered by the customer if the customer changes there mind. Items must be returned in a new unused condition.
  • I Wonder Whats Next Limited aim to refund you within 5 days of receiving the returned item.


  • Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
