Fuel 10K Blueberry Muffin Mix is a convenient baking mix designed to create soft blueberry muffins at home. Each pack contains blueberry flavoured muffin mix with blueberry pieces and produces 6 muffins per box.

Simply add egg, milk and oil, mix, and bake to create light muffins with blueberry flavour. The mix is a source of fibre and provides 10g protein per muffin when prepared as directed.

This bundle includes 7 boxes, with each pack making 6 muffins, giving a total of 42 muffins.

Wheat Protein, Sugar, Milk Protein Concentrate, Soluble Maize Fibre, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Potassium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Freeze Dried Blueberry Pieces (2%), Flavourings.

Preparation (from pack)

You will need:

• 1 Medium Egg

• 110ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

• 45ml Vegetable Oil

• 6 Muffin Cases

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4. In a jug mix the egg, milk and oil.
2. Place the Fuel 10K Blueberry Muffin Mix into a bowl, pour in the egg, milk and oil mixture and gently mix. Whisk for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
3. Spoon mixture evenly between 6 muffin cases and bake in the centre of the oven for 16–18 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Top Tip

Suitable for freezing. To eat: thaw then microwave for 10 seconds. Decorate with crème fraîche and blueberries for serving.
