Ingredients
L-carnitine L-tartrate 55%, bulking agent (polydextrose), flavourings, instant black tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) 4%, acetyl-L-carnitine 4%, sweetener (sucralose), zinc oxide and chromium (III) chloride.
Allergens: Made in a facility that also handles milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide.

Directions
Mix one level scoop (5g) with 300ml of water. Consume one serving approximately 30 minutes before training, immediately after preparation.
