HIRO Hydration Lemon & Elderflower Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets are dissolvable hydration tablets formulated with electrolytes and minerals. This triple pack contains 3 tubes, each with 20 tablets, giving a total of 60 tablets.

Simply dissolve the tablets in water to create a lemon and elderflower flavoured electrolyte drink. The pack recommends using approximately 350ml of water for optimum taste. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
