Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan, 220°C conventional or gas mark 7. Parboil 1.8kg of peeled and chopped potatoes for 10–15 minutes until just tender, then drain and gently toss to fluff the edges. Drizzle with two dessert spoons of vegetable oil, add the full sachet and mix evenly. Spread on a well-oiled baking tray and roast for approximately 30 minutes, turning regularly, until golden, crispy and tender. Cooking times may vary.
