Directions

Preheat the oven to 165°C and grease two 20cm round cake tins. Whisk together 3 eggs, 180ml water and 80ml oil, add the cake mix and stir until combined. Divide between the tins and bake for 24–30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before removing and decorating.
