Brown rice flour, sugar, cacao powder (14%), psyllium husk, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, corn starch, raising agent: sodium bicarbonates), Himalayan crystal salt.

Directions
Add 250ml of your preferred milk or milk alternative and 110ml vegetable oil, or 100g melted coconut oil. Mix thoroughly, pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4, for approximately 25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool before decorating.
Storage
Store the unopened mix in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once baked, keep the cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days or freeze for up to two months.
