Directions
Carefully remove and unroll the disc, then flatten the supporting foil. Apply a thin layer of buttercream to the cake, position the fondant with the foil facing upwards, remove the foil and smooth the covering before trimming away the excess.
Storage
Store in a dark, dry place at 15–20°C.
