Gluten-free rolled oats (56.5%), pea protein powder (13.7%), organic coconut sugar, chopped dates [dates, rice flour], chopped hazelnuts (6.7%), natural sweeteners [erythritol, stevia], cacao powder (1.7%), flaxseeds and natural flavouring.

Directions
Add approximately 90ml of cold milk or a preferred milk alternative to one pot and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for around six minutes for quick preparation, or add approximately 100ml, stir and chill overnight for traditional overnight oats.
Storage
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once prepared, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For best before end, see the base of the pack.
