Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan or Gas Mark 6. Place 200g of dry pasta in a 1.5-litre shallow ovenproof dish, add the sauce, then fill the empty jar to the top of the label with cold water and stir it into the pasta. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, stir thoroughly, top with 100g grated cheese and bake for a further 20 minutes until bubbling and golden. Ensure the food is piping hot throughout and leave to stand for five minutes before serving.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within three days. Best before end: see the side of the cap.
