Ingredients

Onion, water, tomato puree (20%), refined sunflower oil, cashew nuts, sugar, garlic (1.3%), coriander, salt, ginger, garam masala, red chilli powder and fenugreek leaves (0.2%).

Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and stir-fry approximately 500g of chicken or your chosen alternative until lightly browned. Add one pouch, stir thoroughly, cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until fully cooked. For additional richness, add a knob of butter and 50ml of double cream before serving.
