Directions
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and stir-fry 500g of your chosen meat or vegetarian alternative until lightly browned. Add the pouch, stir well, cover and simmer until thoroughly cooked, allowing approximately 20 minutes. Serve with rice, naan or chapatis.
