Directions
- Dice two chicken breasts and gently fry in a little oil for approximately 3 minutes.
- Add the entire jar of sauce and simmer gently for 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with basmati rice and your preferred accompaniments.
For a vegetarian version, replace the chicken with vegetables such as potato, cauliflower, peas and green beans. Shake well before use, as natural separation may occur.
