Sugar, wheat flour (with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamin), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), fat-reduced cocoa powder, dried egg albumen, modified maize starch, salt, raising agent (E500), emulsifiers (E470a, E471, E472b, E472e, E477, E482), milk protein and stabilisers (E450).

For the complete 3.5kg bag, use approximately 875ml of cold water. Add the water and mix to a bowl, then blend with a beater on slow speed for one minute. Scrape down and mix for a further two minutes on slow speed. Transfer to a greased, parchment-lined tin and bake at 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 4 for 40–45 minutes. For fan-assisted ovens, bake at 170°C. Leave to cool in the tin before portioning.
