Directions
Use at room temperature. Knead on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable, then roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Drape over a prepared cake, smooth the top and sides and trim away any excess, or shape with cutters and moulds as required.
Warnings / Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and do not refrigerate or freeze. After opening, wrap the remaining icing in cling film and place it in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out.
