Directions
Partially peel back the film before heating. Microwave for approximately 2 minutes at 500–600W, 1 minute 40 seconds at 700W, 1 minute 20 seconds at 1000W or 40 seconds at 1500W. Alternatively, heat the unopened tray in boiling water for approximately 15 minutes.
