Preparation idea shown on pack
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 8 minutes. Serves: 2.
You will need: 200g egg noodles, fresh or rehydrated, 150g sirloin steak sliced, 150g mixed stir-fry vegetables, 50g carrots finely sliced, 50g red/yellow/green pepper finely sliced, 30g beansprout, 20g tenderstem broccoli cut into bite size, 1 tsp ginger grated, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 pack of Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce.
- Marinate the beef with 1 tbsp of Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium high heat, add oil to coat wok, followed by beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, before adding ginger and broccoli to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add egg noodles, the rest of Rich & Savoury Noodle Stir-fry Sauce and vegetables and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes or until all ingredients are heated through. Serve hot.
