Ingredients

Magnesium in the form of magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate (sulfites) and magnesium glycerophosphate; anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, tricalcium phosphates, dicalcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids; bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; taurine; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions

Adults: take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal, or use only as directed on the product packaging.
