Allergy Advice

Do not use if you are allergic to latex or Breathe Right Nasal Strips. The paper pouch surrounding each strip may contain natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions.

Directions

1. Wash and thoroughly dry your nose, avoiding moisturisers or oils.
2. Remove the protective liner and position the adhesive side just above where the nostrils flare.
3. Press down and gently rub the strip to secure it.
4. To remove, wet your face with warm water for around 10 seconds, then slowly lift both sides.

• For external use only.
• Do not apply over broken, sore, sunburned or irritated skin.
• Do not use for more than 12 hours per day or reuse a strip.
• Discontinue use if a rash or skin irritation occurs.
• Not suitable for children under five years of age.
