Each sachet contains 3.5g ispaghula husk. Other ingredients: potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, riboflavin sodium phosphate, beta-carotene (E160a), aspartame (E951), orange flavour, saccharin sodium, polysorbate 80 and colloidal anhydrous silica.

Directions

For oral use. Empty one sachet into a glass of cold water, stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals. Adults and children over 12 should take one sachet in the morning and one in the evening unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
