Ingredients / Composition

Each tablet contains 385mg dry extract from valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.), equivalent to 1.54–1.93g of valerian root. Extraction solvent: ethanol 60% v/v. Other ingredients include maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, talc, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol and saccharin sodium.

Directions

Adults aged 18 years and over should take one tablet 30–60 minutes before bedtime. An additional tablet may be taken earlier in the evening if necessary. Swallow the tablet whole with water and do not exceed the stated dose.
