Directions

Read the enclosed instructions before use. Connect a balloon to the flat end of the nose piece, hold the rounded end firmly against one nostril and close the other nostril. Close your mouth and inflate the balloon through your nose until it is approximately the size of a grapefruit, swallow, and then repeat using the other nostril. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
