Ingredients / Composition
The saline sachets contain 100% natural sea salt with naturally occurring minerals including magnesium and calcium.
Directions
Dissolve one sachet for an isotonic rinse, or two sachets for a hypertonic rinse, in the 300ml bottle using microfiltered, sterile or previously boiled water cooled to approximately 37–38°C. Mix until dissolved, lean over a sink with your head slightly tilted and gently position the appropriate nozzle in one nostril. Press the button at the base to begin the flow, use half the solution and repeat through the other nostril.

- Use only microfiltered, sterile or previously boiled and cooled water.
- Do not squeeze the bottle during use.
- Clean the bottle with soap after each use and allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Do not share the nozzles with another person.
- Keep the sachets dry and out of reach of young children.
