Directions
Dry your teeth and peel the strips from their backing. Position the longer strip against the upper teeth and the shorter strip against the lower teeth, aligning each strip with the gum line and pressing gently. Leave in place for 30–60 minutes, then remove, discard and rinse away any remaining gel. Do not brush immediately before application.
