Composition

Absorbent core: viscose without chlorine bleach. Cover: polyester and polythene mixture. String: cotton and polyester mixture. Wrapper: cellophane.

Directions

Wash your hands and remove the tampon wrapper. Pull out the string, check that its ends are knotted and gently tug it to ensure it is secure. Insert the tampon using your index finger, aiming upwards and backwards towards the lower back. The string should remain outside the body for removal.
