Composition
Absorbent core: viscose with no chlorine bleach. Cover: polyester/polyethylene. String: cotton/polyester. Wrapper: cellophane.
Directions
Wash your hands and remove the wrapper. Pull out the string and gently check that it is secure. Guide the tampon upwards and backwards using your index finger until it can no longer be felt. Wash your hands again after insertion and remove the tampon using the string.
