Use on dry feet before bathing or showering. Gently file areas of thickened or calloused skin, concentrating on the heels, balls of the feet, beside the big toe and other weight-bearing areas. Use up to twice weekly, then clean with a damp nail brush and dab dry. When worn, peel away the old pads and press the replacement self-adhesive pads firmly into position.
