Directions

1. Remove one strip from its pouch. When using a nose strip, twist it gently to separate the slits.
2. Wash your face and thoroughly wet the intended area, as the strip will not adhere to dry skin.
3. Dry your hands, remove the plastic liner and apply the smooth side to the wet skin.
4. Press firmly for good contact and leave for approximately 10–15 minutes, until stiff.
5. Peel off slowly from the edges towards the centre.

• Do not apply to blemishes or swollen, sunburned or excessively dry skin.
