Ingredients

Acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium carbonates), bulking agents (sorbitol, isomalt), magnesium sulphate, calcium carbonate, caffeine (guarana seed extract, caffeine), magnesium carbonate, flavouring, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, zinc citrate, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin, beetroot concentrate and sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

Nutritional information

Each tablet provides vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 and C, together with magnesium, zinc and calcium. Each serving contains approximately 75mg of caffeine from added caffeine and guarana.

Directions

Adults aged 18 years and over: dissolve one tablet in a glass or bottle of water and allow it to fully dissolve before drinking. Take no more than one tablet per day.
