Ingredients / Composition

Each 10ml contains: multiflora honey, apple cider vinegar, water, UMF 10+ Manuka honey 1.3g (10%), peppermint oil 34mg, propolis powder 26mg equivalent to 20.8mg pure propolis (with calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide), carrageenan with dextrose, zinc gluconate providing 2mg elemental zinc (20% reference intake), eucalyptus oil, xanthan gum, tea tree oil and fennel oil.

Directions

Adults: Take 10ml, equivalent to two teaspoonfuls, two to four times daily. Do not exceed 40ml per day.

Children over two years: Take 5ml, equivalent to one teaspoonful, every two to three hours as required. Do not exceed 20ml per day. Shake well before use.
