Directions

Adults and children over 12: disperse one level teaspoon in a glass of water, take immediately and rinse with water to remove any residue. To support the reduction of excessive flatulence after eating, take at least 1g at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1g shortly afterwards.

For oral care, lightly dip a wet, soft-bristled toothbrush into the powder, brush gently for 1–2 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Follow with normal toothpaste to remove residue. For a face mask, mix with water or coconut oil to form a paste, apply for 10 minutes and wash off.
