Ingredients

100% pure chicory inulin, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, prune extract, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and maltodextrin.

Allergens: Does not contain any of the 14 major allergens. Free from lactose, dairy, gluten, wheat, yeast and soya.

Per 4g teaspoon:

• Calcium: 120mg (15% NRV)
• Magnesium: 100mg (27% NRV)
• Bacteria culture: 43mg, typically providing 15 billion organisms
• Chicory inulin: 3434mg
• Prune extract: 25mg, equivalent to 125mg prune

The bacterial strains are Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis DSM25566, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum DSM24937 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus DSM25568.

Directions

Adults and children over 10 years: Take one teaspoon (4g) daily for three days, increasing to two or three teaspoons (8-12g) if required. The maintenance serving is one teaspoon (4g) daily.

Children aged 2-10 years: Take half a teaspoon (2g) daily for three days, increasing to one teaspoon (4g) once or twice daily if required. Add to drinks, cereals, yoghurt, smoothies or water, or take directly from the spoon.
