Average per tablet: L-carnitine 20mg, Co-Q10 3mg, betacarotene 4mg, flaxseed oil powder 100mg, garlic extract equivalent to 200mg, vitamin D 20µg, vitamin E 40mg α-TE, vitamin C 80mg, thiamin 10mg, riboflavin 1.4mg, niacin 16mg NE, vitamin B6 8mg, folic acid 200µg, vitamin B12 20µg, magnesium 60mg, iron 5mg, zinc 10mg, copper 1000µg, manganese 2mg, selenium 100µg, chromium 100µg and iodine 150µg.

Directions

Take one tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink on a full stomach. Do not chew or exceed the recommended intake.
