DIRECTIONS:

With clean hands, insert the ribbed end of the plug slowly into the ear canal. This is made easier by gently pulling the top of the ear upwards and outwards until you achieve a snug fit. Refit the earplug if it becomes dislodged during use. Clean earplugs with a mildly damp cloth; do not get water or debris in the cylindrical cavity of the plug.

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:

Designed to be inserted before take-off and removed after reaching cruising altitude. Reinsert before landing, but they may remain in place at any time for noise reduction. Suitable for people aged 12 years and older. Replace after two flights, since pollen, dust and moisture can affect performance after multiple uses.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Do not insert the plug into the ear canal too deeply as it may be difficult to remove.

Do not use for scuba diving or swimming at depths of more than 3 metres (10 feet).

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
