Directions (from packaging)

Place a melt at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek. Use your tongue to push the melt to a comfortable spot and allow it to adhere.

For night use, two melts may be used, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use one or two melts at a time as preferred.
