L-glutamine (25.6%), instantised L-leucine (L-leucine, emulsifier: lecithins, maltodextrin) (11.4%), L-lysine hydrochloride (10.7%), pineapple and mango flavourings, acid: citric acid, L-valine (7.4%), L-phenylalanine (7.1%), L-isoleucine (5.7%), L-threonine (4.3%), L-histidine hydrochloride (3.5%), L-methionine (2.9%), L-tryptophan (1.1%), sweetener: sucralose, salt, colours: Allura Red AC and tartrazine.
Allergens: Produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soya, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide, peanuts and nuts. Contains phenylalanine.

Directions
Mix one 14g serving, approximately two heaped measuring scoops, with 400ml of water. Consume one serving around 15 minutes before training or between meals on rest days.
