Ingredients

L-citrulline, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, bulking agent (polydextrose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), magnesium salts of citric acid, flavourings, sodium chloride, choline bitartrate, L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour (beetroot red), AstraGin® (extracts from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus), cyanocobalamin and pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Nutritional information

A full double-scoop serving provides approximately 6,000mg L-citrulline, 4,800mg CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 500mg L-tyrosine, 300mg caffeine, 200mg choline and 35mg AstraGin®, together with vitamins B6 and B12, magnesium and sodium.

Directions

Mix one level scoop with approximately 175ml of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Experienced users may take two level scoops mixed with approximately 350ml of water. Follow the serving instructions on the product label and drink plenty of water during exercise.
