Ingredients / Composition
Citric acid, electrolytes (sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, potassium chloride, tricalcium phosphate, zinc citrate and magnesium carbonate), sorbitol, maltodextrin, inulin, flavouring, starch, sweetener (sucralose), red beetroot juice powder and vitamins including pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin 5-phosphate and thiamin hydrochloride. Directions
Add one tablet to 500ml of water and allow it to dissolve. Use as directed on the packaging before, during or after exercise.
