Strawberry popping boba: Water, fructose, strawberry juice (14.5%), thickeners (acetylated distarch phosphate, sodium alginate, xanthan gum), acidity regulators (calcium lactate, citric acid), flavouring, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), sweetener (sucralose), colour (beta-carotene), preservative (potassium sorbate).

Directions

1. Brew the tea bag in 150ml boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Stir the syrup sachet into the brewed tea.
3. Fill a large glass, approximately 350ml, with ice.
4. Pour the tea and syrup mixture over the ice and stir to cool.
5. Spoon the popping boba into the glass.
6. Top up with water and stir.
7. Insert the paper straw and serve.
