Directions
Allow the fondant to reach room temperature, then knead firmly until smooth and elastic. Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll to an even thickness of approximately 2–3mm, turning regularly to prevent sticking.
Warnings / Storage
E122 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Store in a cool, dry and dark place at 15–20°C, and wrap opened portions airtight to prevent drying.
