Directions

For two servings, add 250g of bulgur wheat to 250ml of boiling salted water. Cook over a low heat for approximately 6 minutes, stirring regularly. Add a knob of butter if desired, cook gently for a further 5 minutes and then leave to rest for 5 minutes before seasoning and serving.
