Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, pork gelatine, acids: citric acid, acetic acid; acidity regulator: sodium citrates; colour: anthocyanins; flavouring.

Directions

1. Separate the jelly into cubes and place them in a heat-resistant jug or bowl.
2. Add 285ml of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Add enough cold water to make the total volume up to 570ml.
4. Pour into a mould or serving dishes, allow to cool and refrigerate until set.

Warnings / Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya may prevent the jelly from setting. Contains pork gelatine and is therefore unsuitable for vegetarians and vegans.
