Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan), Gas Mark 4.
- Remove and unfold the cooking bag, keeping the red tie.
- Place 8 × 100g chicken drumsticks into the bag and add the seasoning.
- Seal with the tie and gently massage to coat the chicken.
- Place the bag on its side in a large ovenproof dish. Do not pierce the bag.
- Cook for 55–60 minutes.
- Leave to stand for 2–3 minutes before opening carefully as steam will be hot.
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked before serving.
Do not use the cooking bag in a microwave, air fryer or with the grill function.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with potato wedges, corn on the cob and sugar snap peas.
