Directions

Heat one tablespoon of oil in a hot wok, add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked. Add vegetables such as spring onions, mushrooms and beansprouts, then pour in one sachet and heat through for approximately one minute. Toss with cooked noodles or serve with steamed rice. For a vegetarian or vegan meal, replace the chicken with tofu, tempeh, plant-based pieces or extra vegetables.
