Supplied as three individual 200g sachets, this 600g pack yields up to 60 portions when prepared according to the on-pack instructions. Simply combine with cold milk, whip, portion, and chill to create a consistent, elegant dessert suitable for restaurants, cafés, catering, and hospitality environments.

Preparation & Usage

• Combine mousse powder with cold milk

• Whip on low speed for 2 minutes, then high speed for 5 minutes

• Portion and chill for at least 90 minutes at 2–5°C

• Once prepared, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours
