Ingredients

WHEAT flour, dextrose, whey powder (MILK), maize starch, salt, maltodextrin, vegetable creamer (palm fat, lactose (MILK), MILK protein), yeast extract, dried mushroom (2%), dried onion, palm fat, stabiliser (diphosphates), natural flavouring, caramelised sugar.

Allergy Advice

Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN) and MILK.

May also contain egg, soya, celery, mustard, sulphites and gluten from oats and barley.

Nutritional Information (Per 100g As Sold)

Preparation

For five portions, mix 75g of soup mix with 250ml of cold water to form a smooth paste. Add 583ml of cold water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

To prepare the whole tub, use approximately 25 litres of cold water.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep in the original packaging.
• Once opened, reseal tightly and use within two months.
