Directions
Approximate yield guide:
- 80g jelly crystals + 920ml boiling water makes approx. 1 litre
- 100g jelly crystals + 1.14 litres boiling water makes approx. 1.2 litres
- Whole 1.4kg bag + 16 litres boiling water makes approx. 17 litres
- Dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water.
- Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Pour into moist moulds or serving containers and leave to set in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
