Clarinaze Hayfever Relief 0.05% Nasal Spray is a once-daily corticosteroid treatment for hayfever symptoms in adults aged 18 and over. You receive one 10g metered-dose bottle containing 60 sprays.

Ingredients / Composition

Each spray contains 50 micrograms of mometasone furoate as the monohydrate. Other ingredients: dispersible cellulose, glycerol, sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, polysorbate 80, benzalkonium chloride and purified water.

Directions

Use only in the nose and shake gently before use. Adults aged 18 and over should use two sprays in each nostril once daily. Once symptoms are controlled, reduce to one spray in each nostril once daily. Do not exceed four sprays per day and always follow the enclosed patient information leaflet.

Warnings / Storage

• Do not use in anyone under 18 years of age.
• Do not use continuously for longer than one month without consulting a doctor.
• Speak to a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if you are allergic to mometasone furoate or another ingredient, have an untreated nasal infection, have recently had nasal surgery or injury, or take medicines for HIV.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms have not improved after seven days.
• Store below 25°C, do not freeze and keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Use within two months of first opening.
