Directions

Fold an X-Change Pad gently along its length and insert it into the hidden pocket. Adjust the pad until it lies flat and replace it as required. Remove and dispose of the used pad before washing the underwear.

Wash the underwear hygienically at 60°C using a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener, and remove the disposable pad before washing. Read the supplied instructions before use.
